 1     A Deposit          Which is non-refundable ( or payment in full ) is required as specified

 

2     Cancellations    Must be in writing and will result in the loss of any deposit.

                                    Less than 28 days prior to hire date, 50% will become payable.

                                    Less than 7 days prior to hire date, the full charge is payable

 

3      All balances to be paid in full three weeks prior to the wedding date.

 

4     Occasions Cars do not accept liability for any loss or damage to passenger’s effects.

 

5     Cars are strictly Beauford 3 passengers and Mercedes 4 passengers.

                            Please do not ask our chauffeurs to break the law.

 

6     Occasions cars will supply cars as ordered. But in the unlikely event of a fault or outside influence we reserve the right to use substitute vehicles or offer a refund.

 

7     Occasions cars operate a Pre-booked Contractual Hire Agreement and not a private hire license.

 

8      We reserve the right to refuse to carry passengers whose behavior is deemed by the chauffeur to be unacceptable.

 

9     "Under no circumstances shall the Company (Management) be responsible for any loss or damage or any consequential loss or damage whatsoever or however caused arising out of the performance of this contract "

 

10    No responsibility will be accepted for restrictions relating to vehicle access to any location.

 

11   Children under the age of four must travel in a legal car seat. This is to be supplied by the childs parent.

       Children between 4 and 12 years old (15Kgs to 36Kgs) MUST travel using a booster seat, which we will supply.

 

12     Occasions cars operate a Pre-booked Contractual Hire Agreement and not a private hire license.
